Buildouts are scoped per project after the fit call. If the application is strong, you get a number on the call, not a proposal deck a week later.
Why application only?
Because the room is small on purpose. A buildout takes real hours with Omar directly, so the calendar decides how many happen.
Remote or in person?
Remote by default, working in your actual systems. In-person intensives are possible when the project justifies it.
What if my idea is strong but my budget is not?
Say so in the application. Strong ideas can move to partnership structures: equity, revenue share, or hybrid.
